    Delivering positive distillery experiences begins with understanding the perspective and expectations of guests. Enlist the expertise of a professional secret shopper to examine your distillery’s retail space, tasting room, restrooms, and guided tour areas. You will receive thoughtful feedback and detailed analysis to help strengthen and grow your distillery business.

  • In-Person Training

    This six-hour interactive workshop is designed for frontline distillery team members of all experience levels to apply hospitality principles and practices to ensure guest satisfaction and brand loyalty. Attendees will gain new ideas for delivering exceptional customer service and a relevant and applicable process for enhancing guests' experiences.

  • One on One Coaching

    One-on-one coaching sessions provide the tools and knowledge to create exceptional customer-centric experiences. Virtual coaching sessions are flexible, accommodating, and can be customized to fit your schedule. Topics range from communication skills, connecting with female guests, and creating multi-sensory tastings to navigating retail spaces.

About Lacy

Lacy offers distilleries more than 15 years of success developing and facilitating customer service training programs. As an experienced coach and speaker, Lacy takes pride in providing valuable training programs to company employees of all experience levels. Her specialties are hospitality training, communication skills, women consumers, and designing memorable customer experiences.

She graduated from Georgetown College with a bachelor’s degree in communications and Mid-America College of Funeral Service. Lacy has earned an MBA in Bourbon Tourism and Event Management at Midway Univeristy.

Lacy is an active member of Toastmasters and has achieved the designation of Competent Communicator. Lacy is also an Executive Bourbon Steward and an active volunteer for Hosparus Health in Louisville, Kentucky.
