Spirit of Service Creating Authentic Distillery Guest Experiences

Spirit of Service is a dynamic six-hour training program designed to elevate the guest experience to new heights. Through an immersive curriculum, your trainer, Lacy Robinson, presents essential skills and knowledge to distillery employees, ensuring they embody the spirit of southern hospitality.

This workshop emphasizes effective communication and customer service skills and encourages team members to engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and an unwavering passion for bourbon.

Attendees will learn how to:

manage guests’ expectations interpret the non-verbal behavior of guests ask effective discovery questions navigate the gift shop with guests connect with female guests incorporate new hospitality trends design multi-sensory experiences

This training fosters a culture of exceptional service and equips frontline distillery team members to create unforgettable moments for every visitor, leaving them with a deep appreciation for both the bourbon brand and the distillery experience as a whole.

This course is ideal for tour guides, tasting room attendants, brand ambassadors, retail associates, host/hostesses, and event coordinators.

Spirit of Service will take place at Moonshine University in Louisville, Kentucky. Space is limited! The cost of this training class is $200, which includes the Spirit of Service training manual, refreshments, and lunch. The class will begin at 9 AM and end at 3 PM.
