06.20.24. My Bourbon Workshop Debut!

Last Thursday marked a significant milestone in my career as I am to expand my training offerings outside of funeral service.  I hosted the debut of my hospitality training workshop at Moonshine University. The workshop, "Spirit of Service - Creating Authentic Distillery Guest Experiences," brought together nine enthusiastic attendees, some traveling from as far as Buffalo, New York. The attendees represented a diverse mix of industry professionals, including seasoned bartenders, business owners, and restaurant managers, all eager to enhance their skills in creating memorable guest experiences.

The interactive workshop provided a platform for sharing insights, discussing hospitality trends, and engaging in lively discussions. Over the years of being a workshop facilitator, my favorite part has been the unique perspectives and experiences that add tremendous value to the learning experience. I appreciate the camaraderie and mutual support among the group, which was truly inspiring!

I am incredibly grateful to Moonshine University for hosting my hospitality workshops and providing an excellent and functional space for learning and growth. Their support and Tim Knittel, founder of Distilled Living, have been instrumental in making this event successful.

I am excited to announce that my next two classes are scheduled for September 12 and December 12. I look forward to continuing this journey and helping more bourbon industry professionals elevate their service standards.
